I'm finding a big change in proportion of TeslaFi referrals who are not subscribing after the trial. Before December, most referrals signed up to continue, but its done a complete 180 now, and I'm finding most referrals are ending with the account being deleted.
I wonder if it is because most of the early cars were reservation holders who may have been more interested in how the car behaves, but that is less so now.
For me, up until November, around 85% of trial participants continued their subscription for at least another month. Since November, its dropped to around 30%.
