Here's another option: use the TRAX app that comes with your Tesla in the Toy Box menu. There are lots of sounds you can play with, but I had good luck with Whistle, after adding pops up a piano keyboard you can drag to the right to access lower and lower octaves. Use the left scroller on the steering wheel to increase the volume as needed.
From there, touching any piano key plays the tone. Whistle is a basic sine wave with a little bit of vibrato, so good for finding these sympathetic resonances. Turned out it was my clip-on garage door opener in the driver's side map pocket. Weird thing is the vibration sounded like it was coming from behind me as I was driving.
