Roger ailes' whole business model was saving money by not hiring investigative journalists. Just put attractive talking heads in a news studio giving their OPINIONS, and it will LOOK like news even if it has no information behind it.
That was not the business model of NPR.
Just because YOUR side is propaganda, it doesn't mean all news is propaganda, that's what your propagandists want you to believe though. How long are you going to continue to allow them to dupe you?
Either you think trump is hiding something about the russians, or you have to believe an astonishing amount of contacts, connections, and events are all just a huge coincidence. If you're not aware of all the magical coincidences, then that means you're not getting the real news. Change the channel and welcome to the real wold.

Every government intelligence agency has said the Russians interfered with the election. There is proof that Drumpf associates met with Russians. That's inarguable.
Do you not want to know to what extent dictator-led Russia interfered with our election? Seriously? I thought the right was supposed to be tough on foreign policy. Patriotism and protect America and all that.
What is making it an even bigger story is that so many of Drumpf's associates have lied about their Russian ties.
As an American, I want to know what happened. Or at the very least, I want our government to know what happened and for them to feed us the PG version.
One last thing: interesting that you didn't/couldn't refute the study saying Fox News viewers are less informed than non-news viewers.
But this doesn't have anything to do with Paris.
So either you think all trumps russia connections are coincidental, or you think having a president controlled by russia isn't a big deal.

Before this thread went totally off the rails, I was impressed with the obvious thought that went into the defense of Trump's decision. The problem is Trump wouldn't know what his defenders are talking about.

If you really mean to imply that you haven't seen or heard of any suspicious russian connections, you are simply revealing yourself to be completely ignorant of current events. If that's the case, why would anyone waste time discussing politics with you?

Putin hacked the election to help trump. According to our intelligence agencies' assessments.
Trump on the campaign trail asked the russians to release more hacked material on hillary.
The day trump's "pussy grabber" video was released, the russians immediately released hillary emails to distract from the trump story.
Trump's original campaign manager previously was paid 10 million per year to promote putin's interests in the USA.
Jeff Sessions, Carter Page, Jarrod Kushner, Gen Flynn ALL concealed or "forgot to mention" contacts with russians.
Trump removed the part of the republican platform that opposed putin's invasion of the ukraine. It was the only part of the platform he took any interest in.
Trump picked Putin's favorite oil exec to run the state department. That exec is now in the process of firing anyone in the state dept who has spent their careers working to contain russia's aggression.
Trump picked Putin's favorite general as national security advisor.
Trump bought an estate in florida for $50 million and then turned around and sold it to putin's buddy for $100 million. Just a great businessman right?
Trump is the first president in decades to not release his tax returns. Wonder why.
Jarrod Kushner tried to set up a backchannel to talk to russia without any other parts of the government knowing about it. If you think this is standard procedure, you're wrong. He didn't do this with any other country.
Trump leaned on Comey to end the trump investigation, when he didn't obey he was fired.
