Isn't the point of this investment to have a way to participate in the potential upside if the SP increases while limiting downside risks? I believe conversion price is $359.87. 424B5
If all Soros cared about is interest I'm sure he could find higher rates elsewhere.
I'm doubting that it is hacked, more likely there is a signed variable in there someplace that overflowed.

Redox flow batteries would be interesting for stationary use if the electrolyte would not be a highly toxic component. The idea seems sound and there are some simulations out there showing 20 years of use is doable. Also to create a bigger battery you just add more space for the electrolyte.
I'd be helpfull if you elaborate on this. It seems you are saying there is no alternative for NCA/NCM when it comes to stationary storage. Why?

Short version, lifepo doubles the space requirements and flow batteries have lower efficiency. Yes they can both work but NMC is better.
