[UK] 2023 Orders to Delivery for M3 and MY and personal shipping related questions

It was charged to 45%, we used a Super Charger at the Trafford Centre to add another 5% just to make sure charging worked.
We only live 15 miles away, so not sure if they use your location to determine how much to charge or it's just as it came out of the factory?
You are left to inspect for as long as you want, but they've already handed over your keys and have you sign for the car.
We watched 3 other collections come and go while we checked over everything.

My pick up is scheduled for tomorrow from Brent Cross, it will be an interesting thing to see the car charge considering that we live in Colchester. I have the car check app already on the phone, wife and son are coming with me (it's better with another set of eyes as I tend to get distracted by some other things that other people see). I have already promised my wife shopping spree in Brent Cross. I will all let you know how it goes.

I have a question for the wisest of us - Is boombox enabled in UK? Would I have the PWS installed by default into the car ?

Hi all, I got my vin and reg by text from tesla today... Exciting! I assumed my car was on the ship arriving Southampton mid march as the delivery dates offered were all end of March.. Does getting the reg today tally with that or does it indicate it's already in the country? Not that it matters really but just interested. Thanks!
Not sure there’s much rhyme or reason to it. I only got my reg text through my Tesla yday and my delivery date is this Friday. I have friends who are also receiving their car this Friday and they had their reg text through approx 3 weeks ago.
I had my reg texted to me today, and I'm not due to take delivery until 23rd March. But then again, they also told me i need to make final payment, yet when I go on the account it still says "preparing contract" etc. I get the feeling the texts and the account status are not always from the same planet 
I ordered 1st Feb and had my VIN within 48 hours and registration arrived on 6th Feb. I could have collected on 22nd Feb (Trafford Centre) so I’d imagine the car would have been landing around a week beforehand. I actually collect this Thursday 2nd March as I deferred it.
The rumours are that VIN is assigned normally shortly before a ship arrives at the Suez. That would tally with the ship arriving on 14th March.

This was my process :
Placed and order on the company (NHS) website.
Order approved by the manager
Changed car as I was previously going towards ICE
New car approved and ordered on the 16/02
Went on Tesla website, checked stock, placed an order with Tesla so I get an RN
Contacted leasing company, told them to change their RN with my RN.
Leasing company payed
Monday, this week got a new RN with delivery option
Opted for collection on the 01/03 as there were no delivery slots until 20/03
Got the REG yesterday
On the train atm towards Brent Cross with the family to pick up the car.

There has been a rollercoaster of emotions all this time, plus (and it is not an understatement ) about 8 hours in the calls with various individuals from Tesla/Kinto/NHS.
But finally I beat the system and got the car faster than October when the leasing company wanted to deliver.
Placed and order on the company (NHS) website.

And she’s here. We named her, Sonic. Drove for a few miles, now charging (albeit slow) for free at Costco Watford. Haven’t setup anything on her as I am waiting to get home and update as Apple Music is not there yet. Other than that, nothing to report, very smooth and very busy in Brent Cross, I think they were about 50 new Tesla owners today. Nothing on the paint, panels. All was fine. And here is a pic with her… thanks a lot for your help.
