UK Number Plate Full Removal - Can Anyone Help?

I have not seen any videos or methods to remove this part of the plate, is it actually possible to? Any help would be appreciated.

The two bolts in the middle look like a good place to start

They are Hex 8mm IIRC self tappers so no nuts.behind
Remove those and you have the bumper as Tesla designed it. I had to clean up the holes excess plastic a little to make it flush but I didn’t bother filling.

Everyone in life needs a quarter inch drive mini socket set ... you may be surprised how often you will use it! The Halfords ones at £15 are good value and good enough quality.

I must say the black plate holders on Uk cars are a hideous carbuncle.

I’ve asked for a plain white front bumper on our new M3 and in typical Tesla service fashion they have just said, point blank, NO.

I’ve modified my model S by having the (Pre facelift) nose cone painted white with a stick on plate. See image on left.

I think the US front of the cars is much prettier. Ruined by the black plate holder on this side of the Atlantic.

Just fitted new self adhesive vinyl plates front and rear
Much better than the dealer picture frames
Very easy to fit once the existing have been removed

Identifying at a glance the front and rear of a vehicle? That would be my guess.

I have a friend who said he wife actually asked him not long ago, why some of the cars parked on their road had white plates and some had yellow ones! ;-)

I am trying to work out how to remove the number plates from the holders, without breaking the holder.
Can anyone advise?
