Updated to 36.10 - Now have Airbag deactived icon?

Just noticed I after updating I have a new yellow icon in the right corner to the righ of LTE and Bluetooth icons there is a yellow icon with a 2 underneath and it says airbags deactivated.

It's always on.

Is this a bug or is this a permanent new thing? I dont like it.

I’ve seen that airbag icon there for some time now. Deactivated when no one is in the passenger seat. Activated when someone is in the seat. I’m not sure that’s very new.

I think I figured it out. They added a yellow seat icon with a passenger sitting in it and line through it and #2 below it.

I compared it to some old pictures I took of my screen and thats the difference. It's bright yellow so it makes it stand out more and in turn makes you think it wasn't there before.

Before it just had the black square with white and yellow text.

Same here. I've been seeing that airbag icon for a while now and was wondering about it.
