That's good information as I think virtually every one of those TSBs have been reported in this forum over the past 12 months.

On the other hand, those aren't "updates" that Tesla have made to Model 3 assembly. Updates include things like improving the seats, introducing improved aero shields and charging ports for cold weather, newer revision headlight assemblies, etc.

I remember watching a video where a guy was comparing his M3 that was an early production version, to his wife's brand new one. He pointed out that the back seats were raised about 2 inches higher on the newest one. I'm don't remember for sure what the date was when he was doing the comparison.

I recently had the driver seat surround replaced with a newer version. Less likely to unclip according to the techs

It has the seat controls embedded in it, goes around the seat base, below the fabric part of the seat.
