Just got a text saying, "[TESLA UPDATE ] We have moved facilities - please come to 1636 West 4th Avenue V6J 1L9 for your delivery appointment. We are NOT located at 1712 Powell Street."

Anyone else get this message?

Just an update on the process I just went through for anyone else wondering.

• May 5th order - White SR+ w/ Black Interior + Standard Wheels
• Website updated with approx. delivery date of May 30th about 10 days after
• Gave the North Van store a call to check on VIN about 2-3 weeks after (sales person confirmed there was a VIN available and delivery likely first or second week of june)
• Got a bunch of emails earlier this week from TESLA confirming delivery would actually be May 30th
• Website posted an updated vehicle sales agreement with all the fee's/tax/etc.
• Picked up the car with no issues. There were some faint scratches on the rear tail lights and bumper which they buffed out but otherwise no other issues so far. Process took about 2 hours from the original appointment time.

Got a text from Tesla today indicating deliveries are now at W 4th and the Powell location is closed.

Just got my sales guy to do the same thing. Sounds like they have to flip a switch on their end for the "submit" button to appear. Thanks again, and a heads-up for others who are "stuck" on the pending trade-in screen.

Glad I was helpful! But not so happy that we had to lot of ground work for things to get moving.

They have underground parking but I’m not sure if they will use the space for deliveries??? I also received a text for picking up at West 4th but my account still says Powell. I sent a message to my DA to confirm but have not heard back.

I got this too.. I was looking forward to the 30 minute walk to pick up my car on Powell.. too bad. Guess I’m taking the bus to 4th now.. either way I’m glad to live so close when time comes to fix stuff..

Got the same message re: West 4th location.

There does appear to be Tesla-designated underground parking in the back. I would imagine this is for customers and we should be able to use it, so hopefully no worries.

I have been to the fourth ave location severa times pre-purchase, and they have always done deliveries there. Maybe mostly S and X models in the past?
