very errant trip meters

As in many threads, the conversation has moved on. Those following the whole should be able to note the progress. As of 2.13.77, the skipping by 0.2 or 0.3 km is still present. The other, more obvious problems involving wildly disagreeing trip meters, errant graphs, and bizarre Wh/km appear to have been fixed.

Version 7.1 2.14.66 (non-AP) has shuffled the remaining problem and made it worse. The trip meters skip by 0.2 km frequently and in no apparent pattern, at least at high speed. Anyone try to observe this at low speed? Still best to get a passenger to do it.

I've been watching the updates for some time, to determine whether this problem is fixed. Each update may change something slightly, not always for the better. It's likely that there are both a bug and a coding deficiency in the functioning of all the trip odometers. It's also likely, from correspondence with Tesla and the length of time that the correspondence has been going on, that it's not currently interested in addressing either one.

The nav (GPS) gets it right. Tesla does not.
