The model year is digit 10 of the VIN. For example, 2022 is N. I wonder if the month of build can be guessed by using the last five digits of the VIN.

Could you make a guess off the last 5 digits of the VIN? Yeah, you could guess, but in the past VINs haven't always been assigned in a perfectly sequential basis. You also need some source to know roughly how many cars were built during a period of time. So yes, you could estimate it, but it will be just that, an estimate.
