Wall charger acting strange since M3 software update

Since updating the software in my M3 to 2020.24.6.9 my wall charger has been acting weird. The wall charger is connected to a 60A breaker. So, it charges at 48A and 43 miles/hr.

Since the update, it has randomly dropped the charging A giving a low quality grid detected warning. It doesn't happen every time and had only done it since the update.

Has anyone experienced this and what did they do?

I would shut power of the wall charger and remove the front cover and look inside with a bright flash light, look for wires that are hot looking swollen from extreme heat. At 60amps hoping you are using the correct gauge wires.
