I just received a notification that Syossett, NY Tesla Dealer/Service Center can NO longer, LEGALLY do deliveries of Tesla's. This is not the best news as I was due to pick up my new Tesla there next Friday.
The Syossett location is only 10-15 minutes from my home.

What could have gone legally wrong???

They have been at that location for a long time.

Found out that NY has a law that limits number of free standing Tesla selling dealerships. 5 is the number for NY. When Brooklyn opened last week, they had to close one as they were already at the 5 limit so, Syossett lost. They can still service and charge at Syossett location.
