What is the first Model Y VIN’s with pedestrian warning system?

I was hoping to use this thread as a way to narrow down to the first Model Y’s with a PWS. I feel like the switchover was sometime in Sept 2020.

VINs aren’t strictly sequential so manufacturing date works better, which is yes Sept

even then they didn't fit the PWS in all cars. There was a suggestion that they only had to fit it to 50% of cars, but at some point it should have been in every car.

Do the older Y's have PWS wiring/software but are just missing the speakers?

Some early cars got it, well under 25% it would seem. ALL after September got it. Some report having connector some report not. No word on all having the connector from Tesla but chances are high all have it and its just tucked away. Service centers are being sent an info sheet for those that want to add it. Tesla will have an option to add it soon.

Our is VIN 451xx, mid-September delivery in Toronto (so must have been built no later than second week of September), with PWS.
