I had been parked for four and a half hours, starting at -7ºF (-22ºC), and it had warmed up to 28ºF (-2ºC) but the battery was still quite cold. The power was limited to about 100 kW and regen really was zero. I'm used to having at least a little regen, even in winter, so it is an odd feeling to have no slowing at all when off the accelerator — Teslas coast really well, as I expect most of us know.
