Who do you normally contact for issues with the Model S after delivery?

I called and emailed my DS yesterday. But no response.

1. If you have some issues that you want them to look at, do you call the DS or someone else?

2. Can you just drive to the Service station and ask them to take a look OR do you need to take an appointment?

Its been frustrating getting a prompt response from the DS.

Call the Service Center. The DS is only a "Delivery" Specialist.
