Why Isn't the SERVICE option visible here?

I know I've seen and used the SERVICE option on my tablet before, but right now, it isn't there. Anyone know why?

Missing also from your screen shot: Upgrades and Roadside Assistance. Just checked my Galaxy Tab S6 and it's all there.

Reboot tablet?

My guess is that you are logged into the tesla app with a different account than the one you use for your car. One in which you have authorized as being able to access the tesla, but not the primary account.

What you are looking at (service and roadside assistance not in the app) is very consistent with what a secondary account who is authorized to drive the car sees.

Good guess, but there was no logging out or into going on. We only have one account.
