Question for the group. I was assigned VIN this past Friday and made down payment to Tesla and finance the rest. If I decide to not take delivery of this vehicle and delay until sometime next week. Can I get the down payment back and not loose out on $100 order fee since I'm not canceling the order?

How does that even make sense for them to do that? You get punished for buying multiple cars from them?

If I was to change my order I have for M3 to MY, do I have to pay additional $100 order fee or should I be able to contact TA and get it changed over if VIN is not assigned and has not been paid for? Also, how long can you delay order for? Months, years?

I got my MY delivery today and there are few issues I need to let Tesla know including paint issue and few other things. I remember reading somewhere that you need to let Tesla know within 3 days or 100 miles, do I just go into the app and setup service appt to do it in timely manner? TIA

I am finalizing my purchase of MY and on the purchase agreement there is $100 order fee which is not separate from $100 deposit I gave when I ordered the car. Tesla advisor Cesar said it is an order fee separately from the vehicle? Have you heard of this? TIA
