Vehicle Condition Issue

Hello,

I took my delivery of my Model 3 on 8/22. I noticed few scratches on my front bumper and few scratches on the A pillar headliner on the driver side. I sent an email that night to my delivery support specialist regarding my vehicle condition issues and a rattle noise that's coming from the driver side. He responded back in the email saying that he's contacted "the center to get an update on what we can do in regards to the damage shown below". Since then I've emailed him 4 times and he hasn't responded back. What do you guys suggest I should do now to get this taken care of. Thank you for your advise!
