The only way that I know…is to uncheck Easy Entry in your driver profile.

What Tesla software version are you running?

I never felt I needed PPF, but since I drive past the 605/210 freeways (where there are various quarries) on my way to work everyday…I always end-up with nicks on my car. PPF helps with that. And makes my car washes much easier (secondary benefit for me).

Do other EV’s come with free mobile chargers? I had a Chevy Volt and it didn’t. So, I bought a Clipper Creek home charger. As a result, I’ve never used the free Tesla mobile charger.

You can use your phone as a hotspot, but…if you don’t pay for Premium Connectivity, you don’t get it….even if you use your phone as a Hotspot.

Your not getting a refund, and not likely getting a discount…if they make it right. Just a bit of an inconvenience.

Most installers want you to be happy. Just contact them and have them correct it. No one is perfect (obviously), but a good installer will make it right.

They did not use jack pads. The Tesla Service guys used a low-profile jack that was flat on top with some rubber protection.
