    From my experience, whats not fixable will always be within spec. Also because of liability concerns they will say we will fix it within tesla’s spec which is very very vague.

    Agreed, I don't believe in perfect cars. But this one just had a gazillion of issues, I was told right away that this car passed tesla's inspection at delivery.

    Tesla does not have these under control. Took delivery at the end of July and I have a thread describing all those problems. In fact a coworker who got delivery pre-covid has a car that is in much better shape.

    You have 7 days / 1000 miles to return it. Return Policy you have 100 miles to report pre-delivery issues.

    It is in the best interest, i agree, but we are humans, excitement plays a big role in this, once reality settles in, things change, unfortunately its usually post delivery. This car should have not passed quality control in the first place. VIN is 29xxx, did you ask for the exact VIN?
