Stupid question, but you know how for gas AWD cars, they only have 1 engine; so technically Tesla can implement AWD using just 1 motor, right? Why do they use 2?

I think the navigation just picks the first route that Google Maps suggests, and Google Maps usually suggests the fastest route, which is mostly highways. But I agree that the navigation should offer multiple routes like Google Maps.

See my post: Upgrade from 2019 SR+ to 2021 LR. Some thoughts. Wind noise has never been an issue for me in either models. Road noise still the same. I guess double paned windows reduce some noise coming from cars next to you, but not noticeable. Suspension, handling, etc, all the same.

Bjorn's video shows 70 kWh usable: That is 3 kWh less than the current LR, ~12 less miles. Even with a heat pump, I am not sure how they are able to advertise the 353-mile range?

Sorry haven't been following this thread. Is LG battery in the 2021 LR? My 2021 LR seems to charge slower than older LRs, some others have this issue as well.

Hmm I guess I dont know. But I drove ~20 min for freeway before charging, outside temperature 50~60 F, and I didn't see a pre-condition message.

Charged here with 10% left today, but wasn't able to hit 250 kw, peaked around 150. There were no other cars charging. Are some stalls not 250? I have a LR AWD.

FYI guys the delivery estimate is not accurate, the text is more accurate. My date was 11/13 ~ 12/11, then updated to 11/19 ~ 11/20, then 11/20 ~ 11/20, and today it disappeared.

My theory: this quarter, they are delivering cars to CA around 11/20 ~ 11/30 and 12/20 ~ 12/30. Last quarter the tried to squeeze all CA orders in the last 2 weeks, which was way too chaotic (they had interns doing home deliveries).

I suggest getting a new SA if you can. I kept getting matched to 2020 VINs too and my old SA kept telling me he would fix it but never did. Then I somehow got matched to a new SA, and he fixed it right away. He responds to *most* of my emails too. Not sure why there are so many incompetent...
