If you have signed loan paperwork via Docusign then next step is for DCU to send payment. I had the option for DCU to send me the check or for them to send directly to Tesla. I opted for it to be sent to me and I will hand to delivery centre once I’ve inspected the vehicle.

What was not so good about the rim savers? I purchased a set and was going to install on MY I take delivery of this Sunday.

I got an email saying that my "VIN is Now Available". Others on these threads have reported not getting an email and it just appearing when they logged in.

Exact same dates for me now also. Was July 15 - July 26 and now July 23 - August 12. I’m getting so frustrated with these moving targets. 😣

July 14 - July 26 today. I suspect earliest EDD will just keep incrementing until a VIN is assigned. My trade-in estimate also expires again in the next day or two so I suspect I’ll see September again like I did the last time it expired in June.

Same here with slightly different dates. Converging dates does give hope that something is happening. However most of us April/May orders also seen this happen in June so there is some doubt about the accuracy and overall realism of the EDD itself. What you want to see is a VIN. Once assigned...

Does anyone know when Tesla typically assign VIN's? Is it once a car has cleared production they assign or is it at some other stage?

Nice! Congrats! VIN is progress. Shame about the EDD hopefully once they work out the logistics they update accordingly. Better yet hopefully the delivery team just schedules your delivery appointment.

Hopefully our VIN's are assigned soon. I just spoke to my SA who indicated that a VIN could be possible over the next few days. Nothing definitive though.

Imelda. She's lovely. I actually just spoke to her and based on what she sees we might be in luck for a *possible* delivery next week. Still waiting on a VIN so I'd be surprised if that's the case. Fingers are crossed though.

My EDD has been updating every morning to maintain a 3 day buffer. This morning it didn’t change. Currently July 11-26. SA has been unresponsive for last two weeks.

Mine did the same. EDD maintained and didn’t change this morning. A few others in the Current Delivery Times thread are reporting the same. Hopefully a positive sign! Do you have a VIN yet?

Based on offers 3 weeks ago Tesla trade-in was the best offer for my Model 3 that I am trading in (factoring in the tax offset on the new vehicle). Next closest offer came from a local BMW dealership. However, based on everything I've seen in all the forums and on FB I think I might be an outlier.

No VIN yet. Patiently waiting. A few weeks ago my SA indicated a build date of July 8. However I suspect it may have moved around since then.

I agree that EDD has not been overly helpful. But in your case if you take away all the September placeholders, August appears to be a fairly consistent which feels about right based on your order date. It also gets you towards the end of your initial estimated window of 1-10 weeks. Still...

My EDD window keeps narrowing also. Today it is July 8 - 26.

Maybe? I wonder if the newer image correlates to some change or update they're making to the cars or if they're just refreshing the images. Keep us updated @OCJeff if your white order also changes.
