I think it comes down to your driving style. I drove both LR and P; the LR is more comfortable and eats up more of the imperfections of the road however when taking corners the P felt more confident and planted. I purchased a performance but few of my friends prefer LR.

I recommend monitoring that trunk gap. On my 19 model 3, my trunk gap gradually got larger to the point water started going in. Im sure yours is fine but won’t hurt to keep an eye on it especially during your warranty period. Congrats on the purchase - the blue is beautiful.

I actually ended up buying a used car till my MYP arrives. I bought it privately for basically wholesale cost - so I should have no trouble selling it in a few weeks or months(whenever Tesla decides to deliver)

No EDD provided on order page now(only Canada). I briefly checked some other countries as well but only Canada seems to have the date removed.

Yes you can lease under a business. I would order now and place a hold if it comes sooner. I’ve tried to time delivery using estimates in 2019 and now in 2021 - unfortunately estimates are not too accurate.

Same here. Gas was the biggest factor when I was debating about switching to electric. Gas prices are going high everywhere but honestly Vancouver is ridiculous; $1.63/litre or $5.02 USD/gallon(for our friends in the states)…..and that’s just 87 octane.

I am actually curious about this. From my brief analysis, Quebec tends to receive new inventories first, so perhaps it goes from the East to the West coast. Any guesses on how these cars are transported throughout Canada? maybe train?

Update: OD: 9/15 EDD pushed further out - November 9 to December 7. As long as I can get delivery in November I am happy. I prematurely sold my car based on my first EDD so hoping for no more delays. The recent string of EDD pushbacks and lack of October deliveries is interesting tho...

For us living in BC, we don’t need to upload proof of insurance before delivery. Tesla will allow us to upload after delivery, which is often done by the delivery specialist or the on-site insurance agent.

Hello there - also from Canada, I ordered on 9/16 and my EDD is Oct 28 - Nov 17. If you're looking for end-of-December delivery, you should be able to achieve that if you order now.

When I ordered my M3 SR+ in 2019, they assigned me a VIN and then asked me to finish the paperwork ASAP. For my current MYP order, my SA said I will be given priority delivery if my paperwork is completed (but he seemed very unsure).

ODD: 09/16 MYP Red/White No Tow EDD: September 30 - October 30 Initially ordered black(exterior) which showed EDD for October 30-November 30; EDD updated to September 30 - October 30 after changing exterior to red.
