Just picked my Roadster from Javier and all went as expected! Javier is thorough and gave me the run down on the car, he kept me up to date via text, and the car was ready when promised. H is value for the Roadster community is undeniable. PLUS, my Roadster was kept indoors unlike visiting...

I believe it was planned for the end of this month. And from my brief conversation with torrance, I understand that it is planned to be a location specifically for servicing Roadsters.

VIN 74XXX and the first call from Tesla about my P3D was the day I posted here. But the excitement died yesterday when Tesla called me about “logistical” problems which will delay the delivery! What makes it worse is that Tesla cannot tell me how long this delay will be!!! Time to wait...

Here are some pics of the Tesla wheels he has refinished for my old cars. Please note that the gray 20's and 21's on my X and the gray roadster wheels are a slightly different powder coat color (by choice) and the 21's on the blue S are satin black and the gray S wheels are gloss black :)

@Ko Olina, the pics I posted are not a great indicator of the color (sorry). The gray powdercoat on the cyclone's is similar to the factory finish on the darker gray 21" turbines. If @209California does not reply by the weekend, I'll let you know. Thanks

Finally got around to test fitting the 21x9" Model S wheels using 265/40/21 tires and they worked! No rubbing...and ride is much better than the 22's. Another advantage is that they are non staggered so tire rotations are possible. For curious minds like mine, hope this helps...

I actually attempted to mount 21x9 Model S rear wheels with with 265 45 21 tires onto my X (as a square non staggered set up). Unfortunately, since the 265 45 21 is close to an inch taller than the stock 20"/22" size, it would not work in the front. I am trying to get my hands on a pair of 265...
