$1524.30 for fusebox replacement? Does that sound right?

I have a 2013 Model S 85 and got the "low voltage car won't drive" message. It'd been awhile since I replaced the 12V battery, so I was expecting that to be the issue. Instead the service center said the E-fuse needs to be replaced. I didn't think my model year had eFuses. I asked for the part number, its FUSEBOX, BATTERY, BASE RC, 1013272-00-F. Looking online that doesn't seem to be a particularly expensive part. I have seen the discussion about some repairs needing to drop the main battery to replace the pyro fuse. But those repairs seemed to be around $1000.

Any thoughts - is this reasonable? Am I getting worked up for no reason?
