2017 AP2 Calibration issues.

Hi

I have 90D 5/2017 with AP2

I have constantly issues with radar.

Error DTC APP_w010_radcCalibIssue

I calibrate it via LAN Diag port, it works perfectly for 300-500 kilometers, then again shows up

"Autopilot safety/convience features unavailable" (and something maybe it will work next time)
and same w010 dtc

This is so annoying to calibrate it every time.

Horizontal angle is 0.2 and cal is finished without errors
Front radar is holding strongly, cant move it with hands, nothing cracked. Clean, no stains or dust on it.
Wiring and connector undamaged. no water traces or anything.
Car without crash history
Front bumper painter 1 time because of scratch
And windshield changed

I am thinking maybe front camera and radar must be paired to have same angle or something. Or maybe vibration from high speed wind to bumper is making some confusion to radar data.

Please answers only who had similar/same experience and solution.

I wonder if the radar unit has an electrical intermittent and/or is physically loose inside the casing. Likely you'd need a replacement to validate if the radar unit itself is bad or not. I'd also scrutinize the connector, in case it has an intermittent wire connection due to corrosion. It should be reasonably clean as I wouldn't expect water to get into it.
