2017 VIN Model X Order and Delivery

I was told by my DS yesterday, via email, that our 42xxx MX is due to go in to production "in late April". It is RHD
My understanding is that most of April production at Fremont will be dedicated to international builds...LHD in the first half of the month and RHD in the second half. Someone can correct me if that is inaccurate.

Not sure why order seems to be taking longer to reach each of the stages. ratchet ordered almost the same car the exact same time as me...

@idontknow1 - I was holding my tongue out of the LEFT corner of my mouth when I pushed the "Order" button. Maybe you were on the RIGHT corner. Seems to have bought me at least a month over your order.

I can only assume they do a big run of the 5 seat 100Ds before they start the 6 seat...
Interesting. My MX 100D confirmed on March 10, is also a 44xxx, and says late April - May. Granted I'm on the West Coast (WA) but interesting to see a whole month difference (not that I put any faith in those estimates). 7 seater here, no PUP.

They may have just finished a run of 5-seaters. My 90D MX just came out of production.. 12 DAYS! Being delivered March 27th - April 8th. Not sure if they were waiting on new parts for the 5-seater. it also seems some of the 100D MX which were ordered after I confirmed are shipping at the same time or before?? Maybe they ran out of 90D battery packs..

MXFan, are you sure you ordered on Feb 20 not Jan 20? I placed my order on Jan 21, and my MX is no where near production
