Spoke to Tesla delivery team today and they have confirmed this.. told me to expect delivery end of January -> middle of Feb!

So anyone waiting on an SR+ not yet assigned thats what you are looking at. clearly a money grab

I strongly suspect that as demand increases they will continue to prioritise LR and Performance models to maximise profits.. i dont ever actually think they will fulfil orders in the order they were received.

Anyone ordered from existing inventory and THEN engaged a lease company? LeasePlan are trying to reassure me that they've done that plenty of times before and is no complication. Means I pay the £2k deposit (refunded on delivery) but no other drawbacks that I can see? Also means likely to get the car sooner?

anyone got a trade in value from tesla? been waiting for over 3 days, even though it said would get back to me within 24hrs! just seems like less hassle then listing it, viewings etc..

What spec did you ordered and when?

Ordered SR+ White out/Black in, on Oct 11. So not as long as you - but when I spoke to someone 2 weeks ago they were ademant I'd receive the car mid December. I questioned what if I call again in Jan and get told - 'its looking like March/April!'. he just said 'we'll have more information closer to the date'... WHAT DATE!?

I got a trade in valuation on my model s against a model 3 after a couple of days.not that great To be honest.no doubt it will drop like a stone if car not delivered in the 30 day valuation time frame.

That’s a fair point actually - I ordered mid October, the price has only changed by £200

Weird, I ordered mine mid October and the OTR price of the ones that were in Tesla's inventory 2 days ago were £2k more (for the same spec) than the prices I have agreed on.

Hmmm, that sounds strange - if I remember correctly they changed the paint finish pricing around that time, perhaps our orders
fell either side of that? I ordered Black with black interior if that helps

Good news though, my car (picked up on Tuesday, ordered 17th Oct ) didn’t come with the low speed noise (thank god!)
