I agree an estimate is very useful. There is already a 'Del Est Tesla' field which shows the estimated date which I believe is populated from an email or text giving a range of dates, or from the Final Invoice. 'Delivery' should indicate that it is really happening.
Perhaps change the text colour on a delivery date when it has actually been delivered
I think the main issue is that often, we just won't know when a car has been delivered because it relies on the owner posting and not everyone will post, or post somewhere obvious.

The Tesla team on phone said there were a lot of people changing from LR to P so probably work in my favour. (Although I took with pinch of salt at the time, this could be true).
VIN was in source code when I posted message. Same VIN now on final invoice. Collection SMS received 8/8 for 14/8 but I’m unable to collect then, so rescheduled (after being on hold for 4 hours) to 17/8.

Ok so I need to add our order to the list but how do you check for vin allocation on a Mac? I'm not expecting it to be allocated as it's not even a week since ordering but will be nice to know how to check
- Click on Safari menu > Preferences > Advanced.
- Check "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
- Close the Preferences window.
- Go to the Develop menu > Show Page Source

I know and I am really patient but if anyone that has a call for delivery on a white/black Performance with AP please say you're not available so I can jump up the queue

How did you do that? Did you speak to Tesla or do it online?
I’m thinking of doing the same....I’ve just had too much time to think about it since ordering in May and it looks less and less value for money

Blimey. Was that out of the blue? Did you have a date window beforehand and do you have a final invoice with proper VIN?
I got a SC VIN on Friday, no emails or texts, then just now BANG delivery text, and my order page has the VIN and delivery appointment shown.
No invoice yet.
Perhaps wait for some of the USA reviews of version 10 first. May change your mind.
Yeah, I'm guessing someone holding out for a 69 plate or went white.... I thought the VIN I had was low, was from the early July batch.Wow! Very happy for my Black SR+ brother
Figure that has to be someone else's cancellation. Makes me wish I was collecting from West Drayton, it's clearly the volume site.
