20.17 loaded yesterday evening. Charge rate dropped to16A before the end of the Octopus low tariff period last night. So it doesn’t look like that bug has been fixed.
That’s a pain - think this is the first post I’ve seen to say someone still had a problem with 16A charging on 20.17. After updating to 20.17 yesterday mine charged ok from 41% all the way up to 80% over a series of 4 charges (ev.energy app picking out the best times for agile) and all of them maintained 32A throughout.
 
Have you reported the Bluetooth bug in the app?

I used the app to report the 16A charging problem last week and had a call from an engineer shortly after. As well as saying they were aware of that problem, he also mentioned - without any prompting from me - that they also knew of sound/bluetooth problems and that an MCU reboot often fixes the problem, but that it would be fixed in a future firmware update.
