2020.24.6.5 Installed

Software version 2020.24.6.5 just finished installing. Took about an hour after the download was complete.

Biggest change was the update to the backup camera. Now it will include the two side cameras to give a better view when backing up.

I tried it and I like it.

Also the walk away and lock feature now includes a switch to turn on/off when parked At Home.

Now i'm hoping for that turn signal activating the side cameras to give a better blind spot view.

Is sentry mode working properly for you in 24.6.5?
Also, is the "Format USB Device" grayed out or functional?

Ive has 24.6 for a few weeks which seemed fine. With this minor update, now the LTE connection is flaky as anything. Lost connection a number of times today.

Interesting. I noticed for the first time that I lost connection a couple of times yesterday too. Installed 24.6.5 two days ago.

With this version my car has been failing to wake up when I get in a few times. After a few minutes it reboots or something and I see the computer restarting.

Do new deliveries come with a relatively current SW version or do they come with the original first version and I have to wait to get an update (or many incremental updates)?

Yes. You’ll be on a delivery type OS for a bit, then folded into the fleet. It’ll happen. Easy.
