2021+ Model S LR Delivery Tracking

I got an EDD of July today for my 1/15 MSM/LR/19” order. Not expecting delivery within the next week, but interesting nonetheless.

I ordered a Model S Long Range with 21" wheels and FSD on July 13. RN is 1153xxx. My account has always said EDD October but I just got off the phone with my SA and he was pretty candid about the fact that it could take until the end of the year. I'm in Canada though so that might be a factor.

Anyone else in Canada get similar info from their SA?

Underrated comment of the day.

I was in Princeton sneaking around the lot and there were 3 x 21” LRs on there. Int colors were White, Cream and Black. Very surprised to see how nice the cream looked.

Same. I've been stuck at EDD July for a week with the same order date for a Red LR/White Interior/19".

Drove by the store in Kansas City today. God the white on white looks so freaking good. It shows the black trim parts better than the dark colors. Personal preference for sure but damn. Son was sleeping so didn’t risk rolling down my windows.

I’m in Alberta and was told it would probably be august. But I’m 1148 with an April order and 19”s.

I went and saw a couple of S's ready for delivery today and the SA swore to me that they had delivered at least a few 19's.

So its about a 10 day turnaround from VIN to delivery in KC?

Yup, my delivery went from july for 19” wheels to NO delivery. Changed also to the 21” yesterday, dont even like them, but have been without a car since ordered before the shut down, first of february. I,m tricked. Why don,t they SAY it out loud. Shame on tesla!

A bit off topic, murder me if you need to… what is the torque on the LR? I see that it is 670HP. Trying to compare the refreshed LR to the previous P100D and performance. If they offer a performance boost this could probably get down to a 2.6-2.8 (or lower) time which is bananas for a sub $100k vehicle.

My EDD October has disappeared again.

FWIW, I talked to two different SAs, last week and then again yesterday. I usually apply a hefty discount to anything they say, but for the first time, the answer was actually highly consistent - last week it was "you should have a VIN in 2-3 weeks based on your config, you ordered colors that are in high production, the line is moving fast" and this week it was "you should have a VIN in 1-2 weeks based on your config and I am pretty confident of that." I know, I know, imagine getting excited about consistency of reply.

(end of May order, Blue/Cream/19, no vaporware)

Of course, neither of them had any knowledge of a delivery hold which is pretty obvious from this forum... so how reliable are they... well we all know the answer.

Also waiting on the same config MSLR Blue/Cream/19/ EAST COAST. RN 1145. Been stuck in BLANKville since mid May. Curse of the tempest wheels!

No doubt logistics must be the key. With a VIN of 435 your car must be sitting somewhere nearby,

Stopped by and saw my SA today to check on things about my wife’s Y order for her (she works in the medical field and asked me to handle this stuff for her due to her crazy schedule). He brought up to me, not me asking about the 19s once we switched gears to my Model S order. He stated two LR, both black and cream delivered last week through the said SC and had 19s.

I also had my local SA tell me last week that he had personally seen 2 19" Model S's being delivered to customers
