2021 Model S LR - driver side rear tire - factory defect?

Driver's side rear tire kept losing few PSI every few days but today it dropped to low 30s. Filling air only lasts for 5-10 mins. After filling air, I can clearly hear air leaking. Damage appears to be on the inside wall. Anyone having similar issue? Is this a factory defect and will Tesla or Michelin cover it under warranty? Car has 18k gently driven miles.

It’s probably an alignment issue. My bmw ate the inside edge of tires. I think the plaids with wider tires do too.

A factory defect in a tire doesn’t wait 18k miles to make itself known. Maybe a tire shop can fix the issue.

Have your suspension checked out. I just posted about my nightmare. My bolts holding my control arms on the car had actually fallen out!

I think Tesla knows and they are covering it up.
