The reason why I ask is because I dont want to miss the EV tax credit that could change in March if I order a new one. However my insurance company says I wont know for about a week or so and Im afraid to miss the deadline.

I know every insurance is different but just want opinions out there.

Ah things wouldn't be right without a few of these each month. Here you go.. I don't think it's totaled / totaled for sure / it'll buff right out.

You didn't hit something for the tax credit right. Prices and credits are going to fluctuate, just enjoy the car unless you're the type to swap cars frequently.

No one on this forum can tell you for sure, based on a few photos. Take it to a Tesla authorized collision center to find out. I had similar damage to my front end when a large SUV backed into it doing about 15mph. It cost $9200 to repair, took about 6 weeks, but it's been good as new ever since.
