Somebody said in another forum at this size it rubs when the car is very weighted down. Does that happen to any of you?

Someone else on an fb group said that when the car is very weighted down the tires do rub on his MYP. I have to imagine it would be 5 adults and a trunk full of luggage to do this. Thoughts?
Hard to know since installing them corresponded with the weather getting colder. That said, summer efficiency was around 80% and now I'm seeing around 75%.

So far I’m very impressed by the noise, they actually seen him in quieter than the stock 19 Geminis my friend has on his Y.
Found this thread from your sale post, thanks! Been having trouble finding in stock tires in 255/40/20. Was going to try the CC2 255/45/20’s, did you keep yours or did you go with something else? If so why/what?

Kept them. They are the perfect size.
They are very quiet, ride nicely with the extra sidewall, and I’m excited to see how they do in the snow.
Thanks! My rear tires are in bad shape and we’ve gotten 2” today in MI and it wasn’t fun going for a short drive. Was planning on buying winter tires (which I waited too long) and then buying summer tires in the spring. Maybe these will work for both and they’re cheaper then any of the other tires I have been trying to get.

When the wheels are turned 100% there’s about half an inch gap from the sidewall to the tire which seems OK. Much less than that I would be worried about rubbing.

Cool. You’re running them on 20” uberturbines not Indcuctions right? So I would guess the inductions should sit a bit lower as their width is 9.5” vs 9” on the Ubers. I’m also running a LR not P.

Didn't even think of that, someone smashed into me on black Friday so it'll be a while before I have it back / a new one depending on what insurance says.

and how accurate is it?
i am thinking of going 265 40 20 on the inductions.. you are 255 45 20?

I wouldn’t even think or worry about it. Yes I’m 255/45r20.
Your 265/40 is even less of a concern.

I wouldn't go that big. It's already cutting it only about .5 inch away when the front wheels are fully turned.
