How did you secure that?

I've only had it for a few test run for a week and it started to slide around on hard stops. Going to put one of those anti friction mats on today

I put this in Igloo Iceless 40-Qt Cooler - Walmart.com
Fits between the seats and I can leave it plugged in on road trips . Not elegant but with a matching throw pillow acts like a arm rest. Also nice to have cold drinks

It would have been nice if they had some threaded holes or other mounting points hidden under the carpet. You really want to secure stuff like this down or it can become a big missile in an accident. I used to race rally cars and had my share of rollovers and you really don't want anything more massive than a ball point pen flying around at that moment.

That is a pretty good price for a cooler. Do you use it upright like a fridge or as an ice chest? Interested in securing it as well.

Using it as a cooler only for road trips. . Not suppose to put loose ice in it but I do put frozen water bottles in it . Makes for a nice arm rest for road trips with a pillow.
