@partcatalog Can you comment on the fact that there isn't a perfect fit? Just curious as to why it's not completely snug as @Kaisei reported.

thanks for the pics! time to return them and complain that they don't fit correctly.

I'm happy enough with them that I don't think it warrants a return. After fiddling around with it a bit, I think this might be partly Tesla's fault too, since I do have a 2017 model. Before they tightened all their production.

Mine fits perfectly and couldn’t be happier. Will be changing the 3D logos out as well.

I have a 2018 model and will echo the above that they are essentially a perfect fit and seem to be a good quality for the price. I'm interested in the trunk versions as well.

Also, to anyone changing the logo, please post a how to and pictures.

It's really difficult to tell without being able to physically look at it. As @Kaisei mentioned this is probably a production issue with the Tesla. Right now this looks like an isolated case **knock on wood** as we haven't had any other issues and we've shipped out quite a few.

I just got the mats and they are a perfect fit. Has anyone going a way to get rid of the 3D logo without damaging the mats?

Just installed mine last night and the fit is perfect. No gaps on the sides. I was planning to spray paint the logos but all I had was plasti dip. I'm hoping it doesnt wear off since the logos dont look to be in a location that will get much contact.

I didnt notice it at first but mine also doesnt fully cover the foot rest. I

My mats got pretty dirty from a beach trip earlier this week. I just took them out of the car, shook them a bit and sprayed them with a hose to clean them off. They look brand new again. The Model 3 should come with these things standard.
