For the 4 years I've been an owner, every summer would bring about comments about how loud the air conditioning was. Some were even worried something was wrong. It was extremely loud. This year, though, I have not read anything about AC noise. My AC does seem much quieter than I remember. Did they change something? Could it be a side effect of cabin overheat protection evening out the demand? Or am I just imagining it?
Biggest thing I’ve noticed is they shut off the fan as soon as you open the driver’s door (I suspect due to these complaints?)
How loud is AC compressor? Nope still does it. Turn it down while leaving parking lots with tons of people around. Don't want them to think I am ready for lift off.
