Advice needed: Lemon?

The MX got delivered end of March 2017 and had its host of issues, and now been in the SC for around 60 days combined, and still dont have a ETA of when it will be fixed. Should I get Tesla to buy it back/get a new one?
  • Acceleration shutter + noise/clunking (replaced a bunch of half shafts, jackshaft)
  • Front motor mounts were loose, replaced 2 times
  • The rear suspension creaks when 0-5 mph, halfshafts, struct, mounts etc, 4-5 times for that issue alone, will see if it got finally fixed this time.
  • Front suspension also creaked, replaced left and right jack shafts seemed to have gone away.

Should I keep going or have Tesla replace the car...

Thank you!

It seems like your issues are about noises? I know for the acceleration noise the tech told me engineering is aware of it but have no solution stating it’s nornal noise. I am not sure if that qualifies for lemon because they can tell you the noises are normal and they do not interfere with normal operation of the vehicle. You might need to hire a lemon lawyer.
