Apex has a wheel coming out that looks promising. No Model 3 applications right away but the Mustang application in 18x9.5 et35 with a hub ring should work just fine. 18.2 lb of projected weight and 1600 lb of load rating.
Apex updated the website confirming the VS-5RS in M3 fitment:

APEX VS-5RS

5x114.3 / 64.118x9.5" ET29June 2022$7092~18.31600
5x114.3 / 64.119x9.5" ET29Pre-Order$8392~19.11600
5x114.3 / 64.120x9" ET34July 2022$9092TBD1600

I am liking the 18x9.5's....

New question: anyone running brushed titanium/ silver wheels on a MSM with black trim? Any opinions on silver wheels on a dark car with chrome delete?
You mean this? Brushed titanium SV104

Hi Danny,

I would like to get the pricing on these in 19s in the same colour but I live in Toronto - do you ship in Canada
Hello @hirtaza ,

We do ship to Canada. However, we suggest you purchase form a Canadian Vossen dealer as shipping cost and duties may not be in your favor.
If that's not an option for you then please send us a message ;)

Thanks,
Danny

With different rear offsets you can't rotate your tires right? Seems complicated.
I can rotate my tires (by dismounting/remounting), but not my wheels. I don’t really care; my last several cars had different sized wheels and tires front & rear and I didn’t have any issues with not being able to rotate them.

I don’t drive many miles anyway (WFH) and I have 2 sets of wheels & tires (because variety), so by the time I wear two sets of rears out, I’ll probably be looking at another car. If this were a cheap commuter car and I put lots of miles on it, I would likely think differently.

Only if you like some poke! :)
Nope, no poke. What you see below is 18x9.5 +22 GTX01 with OEM performance rotors and 265/40/18 NT01's. Out of anything that I do, wheel and tire setup is my forte' and has been for the last 30 years. Keep in mind NT01's have bulgy sidewalls also. A normal street radial won't be like this.

I also have only -1.0 camber front and -0.6 rear. This was before I had front FUCA's so I reduced camber in the rear to be less than the front for more rotation. Plenty of guys have run this setup with street radials.
