All Potential Retrofits/Upgrades For 2013 S P85+

Hello,

I am now a few week owner of a 2013 model s p85+. I really like it, but I am wondering about all potential retrofits for it so I can know what to save up for.

Currently the retrofit I have done is to upgrade it from MCU1 to MCU2.

The previous owner had retrofitted:
front facelift and tesla logo lights on doors.

With MCU2, you have no options for retrofits. You can add accessories (dashcams, floor mats, mud flaps, etc). If you had MCU1, you would be able to retrofit front seats, cold weather package, autopilot, etc.

Not sure the MCU1/2 issue is quite that straightforward anymore. Are you referring to the encrypted gateway entries? You’ll just have to find one of the very advanced users that can root recent MCU2 firmware. Also, isn’t MCU1 encrypted now as well?

i just updated my front aft links this weekend and it made the steering feel like a new car! Mine had the original front aft links which from what I gahter on here can be a safety issue (they can break based on their design).
