Am I supposed to receive an e-mail confirmation or?

Just got my email - 11 hours after reserving in Natick. MyTesla not updated yet.

I called my credit card company and it was charged around 10:30am by Tesla this morning but still no email confirmation.

Literally just got my email confirmation!!!!

Did mine at around 10:30am, and so far no Email. The charge on my CC still says "Pending" though, but IIRC all charges do that until the following day. Not sure if that makes any difference.

I leaned over the desk and looked at their screen LOL. Sure enough they messed up my name, but luckily the email was entered correctly.

I did this too, and also corrected a spelling error. With something like this, you don't want a simple data-entry error to derail everything!

Same thing happened to me, one reservation online, but my CC has two pending charges.

Reserved nearly 12 hours ago at Natick, MA. Card was charged almost immediately, no confirmation email yet, but I do apparently have an RN... which I can only see in my browser's URL bar when teslamotors.com craps out... LOL!!

Did it on my phone, did not receive an email, thought it didnt go through. Did it again, and now I have two charged. Lets hope they can refund as quickly as they took out. Could not login on the site after the first attempt to confirm it had worked either, only routed me to the sign up.

Charged but no email confirmation, yet. West coast US. My guess is they got very backlogged as the volume of orders came in. It was nuts in Bellevue Square mall. Easily broke 500 waiting when 9:30am rolled around. I got their at 6:45am and was about 150 in line.

HOW COME? When I login to mytesla, the webpage redirect me to place reservation for model 3.
