I am still using the creds from my 2015 S. It identifies me as Slacker Plus member. At the time I got my 2015, I was told the subscription was good for 4 years, and it still works. I have some time left on it. If it dies at the end of the year, I’ll sign up for Plus. $4/month brings with it 384 kbps audio. Premium subscriptions are also available, but don’t think premium is worth it. Not all the premium features are available with the Tesla player.
From late January to early March, Tesla sold 100D cars locked at ~90% as a standard range at 310 rated miles. For $8k, you could unlock get an ‘extended range” of 335 miles on the S.
If you order that inventory car, you have the option to remove the extended range feature and only have 310 miles of range on the S, but save an additional $8k.

i know i don't need it for normal function in the car, but my understanding was with the login i could create playlists from the pc or iphone app, which is really the extent of what i wanted to do.
Slacker Premium allows you to listen offline (download) but I don’t know about custom playlists. $10.00/mo. IOW I doubt that offers any benefit using the slacker player in the car. Perhaps using a smart phone and Bluetooth.

Congratulations and Free Ludicrous, awesome. Yes this Raven Model X has the white perforated seats and the cooling works great. Glad it did since it gets hot here in Texas.
The cooled seats is the one thing I really didn't want to give up, especially since the updated version in the performance cars supposedly works fairly well.
Let's hope yours isn't a special case and they just didn't get the ordering page update quite right.

Nope. I finalized trade back on 5/9 right after I ordered (which will have to be reassessed by the time I take delivery) and I’ve just been stuck with an RN number since.
The times I’ve checked in with my delivery specialist I’ve gotten different responses...from production backlog to regulatory approval for new motors...to “just have to wait for a VIN”!

Go figure. I just got a text message for delivery on June 5. No VIN assigned yet though.

Just maybe lol. Congratulations man!!That's been my experience with Tesla's MO. Almost no communication for weeks after ordering, then they're suddenly reaching out ready to deliver in a week or so. Congrats!
