Are model Y Long Range deliveries in Arizona with HW4 or still a mix of HW3 and HW4?

I'm looking for a model Y with HW4, but am willing to wait a couple of months to be certain I'll get HW4.
Does anyone know if the mix is nearly pure HW4 these days?
