Sorry, it is called Premier, but has a platinum card.AAA Platinum covers 200 miles.
Do you have anything I could reference regarding 30 month 12V warranty? My mother's M3 (on my Tesla account) just got a 12V battery warning, and that the vehicle software wouldn't update til it's replaced. Thing is, Tesla Service replaced the 12V battery only 18 months ago, though it was covered under the Vehicle Warranty since it was only 3 years old then - so I don't know what the new battery would be failing so quickly.Once you have the 12V battery replaced, Tesla will warranty it for 30 months. I just had one replaced by mobile service $119 total in 2018 model 3. Great experience.
It’s not a 30 month warranty, it’s a 12 month warranty for the Tesla installed 12V.Do you have anything I could reference regarding 30 month 12V warranty?
Thats what I was told by the mobile service guy. Thats all that I have.Do you have anything I could reference regarding 30 month 12V warranty? I don't want to risk them being stranded since they're elderly and I don't live nearby, so I scheduled mobile service. Last time, the car was behaving very weirdly until we figured out it was the 12V battery failing - including the car not sleeping, and losing 4-5% of charge every day.
Direct from Tesla’s service invoice:Thats what I was told by the mobile service guy. Thats all that I have.
I do not think the battery is Tesla-branded, so this warranty would not apply. If you buy new tires from Tesla, Tesla does not warranty them either.Direct from Tesla’s service invoice:
Tesla-branded parts purchased directly from Tesla over-the-counter, online or purchased and installed by Tesla Service are covered
under the Tesla Parts, Body, and Paint Repair Limited Warranty for a period of 12 months subject to the applicable terms, conditions
and exclusions and available at https://www.tesla.com/support/vehicle-warranty;
