Yes, I subscribed. It is a premium car, and I enjoy the premium features like native Spotify streaming, satellite view, and live traffic visualization. This is among the cheapest connected service subscription of any car on the market, so it did not seem like much. (It could be a lot worse - GM wants $25/month for their OnStar subscription.)
In Denmark Tesla wants $15 a month and no option for a yearly subscription at a reduced rate.
Probably gonna buy it anyway, in the grand scheme of things $180 a year is not that much considering i am paying $63.300 for it.
We do annual plan, for better or worse.
I suppose for us, it’s really nice to have all the media streaming options available that we also pay for.

I pay the annual fee, it's an extremely good deal for an unlimited data line. Seriously, given the price of the car this seems pretty trivial and you miss some of the niceties the car offers.
I didn’t pay for it yet. Will drive around a week to see if I miss premium connectivity and then decide

I've been paying for it for the 6 months we've had the Teslas. I like it but really its just to stream spotify - given that we can't do the annual price in canada and it is a month to month subscription I have considered letting it cancel and only putting it on for months that we're planning to do road trips. But for now, its still on. The live traffic does nothing in a small northern city.

It's a much better deal than what I was paying for my Audi, which was a whopping $750 / year plus $21/month for SXM. I'm feeling pretty good about the deal I have with Tesla. I don't miss SXM.

Absolutely yes....I hate broadcast radio and playing anything via Bluetooth from the phone. I was lucky enough to get lifetime on our other Tesla back in 2018, so have gotten so use to using it I really had no choice on the new Y too.

Well worth it for me to pay the yearly fee. How else am I going to push a button and say "Play War Pigs by Black Sabbath" when stuck in traffic?

yes - just enroll for a month at a time when doing road trips (2-3 times a year) and then unsubscribe after trip.

I have the annual subscription for premium connectivity (after getting it free for a year). I'd have to pay more to upgrade my phone plan to add the hot spot feature. I drive less than most people and frequently there is no cell coverage where I go. I won't say it's absolutely worth it but one of the reasons I bought the car was for the whiz-bang features so for me premium connectivity is a no-brainer.

For the traffic’s data alone I think it’s worth it. Went without for about a month when the freeware ran out and then opted in for a year.
