Those dates are placeholders to ensure that a ship WILL be visiting, they are incorrect dates because the GC won't be coming this early, they are expecting the berthing of the GC in Brisbane near the end of December making 2024 a more realistic date for delivery

Rhetorical question - so why don't they make realistic placeholders? Seems like the whole comms process between all parties is severely broken, with some entities just guessing.

My original post was more about how the Tesla's are tied down given they don't have the typical tow/anchor points an ICE car has - hence why I was assuming the tyres are strapped?

Funny that. My EDD has been missing for a few days - literally had nothing. It's now back to the original 11 Dec - 1 Jan as of this morning. I guess they recovered my MY from the ocean.

At this point I’m starting to believe that my delivery date was pushed out so far because they already had my money. Rather move up other deliveries where the money is still outstanding.

Only way I can explain getting a delivery date on the 3rd Nov for 1 Dec. Makes no sense when people who’s cars arrived on later ships got earlier delivery dates.

Yes!! Stay strong. I was really stressed about selling my old car privately as it was taking so long. I managed to sell it the day after I collected my new MYLR... and got twice the $ that trade in offered.

I got offered $42k for my 2020 Ford Ranger Wildtrak. Used Carsales "Instant Offer" and got $47k. So, no, it wasnt a reasonable offer....

I called this morning to see if there was any stock in NSW. There was “a few” Midnight Silver / White seats / 19” wheels so I took one. Car is in Port Kembla and delivery expected within 2 weeks.
