Auto lane change unavailable visibility reduced

Auto lane change refuses to work at night time. And I think it’s a bug with the 32.4 FSD beta on my hw4 model y. Also received this code, APS_w134_appMia

I think a lot of the “service fix” codes are warnings and need a true expert to understand.

Who knows how the system is going to respond if it sees absolutely nothing.

I’ve only noticed that dash error on dry dark sections of road. No moon, etc.

The other night my HW4 Model S was showing a message about the pillar cameras being blinded when I was driving on a dark rural road (not using AP). The next morning the message was gone. I also have 32.4. I’m guessing it’s related to the OP’s issue.

Not seeing that issue on the wife's new Y with same firmware version. Even out on the very dark desert roads. Maybe something else?

Given that you're using the FSD beta, there can occasionally be unexpected behavior or bugs. The error code APS_w134_appMia might be specific to the software version or a hardware interaction, and I think tesla support would be the best point of contact to get clarity on that. Always make sure you're driving attentively, especially with beta software.
