Brand new Model Y - lumbar support only works in 3 directions?

Greetings folks.

This is my first EV and is quite literally the best car I have ever used in my life.

Something I noticed was that one of the direction on the lumbar support does not produce a sound like the other directions, is it supposed to be like this?

The Lumbar Support is a bag of Air thats inflated to create support. If you want less support, it just deflates. so its completely possible, that it doesnt make any sound while doing so.

I mean, they should be able to tell you the same. If you feel like it’s not working right, it’s worth having it checked though.

I find the lumbar buttons to be finicky and very difficult to deflate all the way. Once I finally got them deflated all the way I made a mental note to never use them again.

So you too experience that the button that points ''inwards'' does not produce any sound when pressed compared to the other directions?
